When to place an order for an upcoming event
Great question! All flowers offered in our shop are premium-quality artificial flowers that will look fresh for decades to come. Most customers order their flowers 3-12 months before their wedding/event. Most orders arrive about 5 weeks from the date of purchase, but please check the estimated delivery timeframes for each listing to make sure you will receive your order in time for your event.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Return requests are accepted within the first 7 days of delivery. Customized items are not eligible for return but are eligible for exchanges and alterations within reason. Customers will receive a full refund minus shipping costs for undamaged arrangements accepted for return within the return window.
